Melbourne Saxophone Ensemble

I’ll be joining forces with some of Melbourne’s finest saxophonists in the debut performance of the Melbourne Saxophone Ensemble at the 100SAX festival. Featuring over 100 saxophonists from across Victoria, the festival aims to bring together passionate saxophonists with masterclasses and performances from jazz and classical experts including Lachlan Davidson (my former teacher), Carlo Barbaro and Katia Beugeais.

I’ll be honing my classical tenor chops with some exciting works including:
– First Light at Uluru, Katia Beaugeais
– Three Images, Mvt. 1 and 2, Joel Love (Australian Premier) 
– Sax Heroes, Philippe Geiss (Australian Premier)
