University Repertoire

During my time teaching saxophone at the University of Melbourne I have compiled repertoire lists that outline the key works a student should have an understanding of for each year of study. It includes technique, studies, unaccompanied works, piano accompanied works and reference books. It is paramount for Australian saxophonists to be aware of the best new compositions from our home grown composers. I strongly feel that all serious saxophone students need to familiar with these core works to maintain the international standard of studying the instrument at a tertiary level.
