Jazz Swings – In the Mood for mental health
The Rotary Club of Geelong in conjunction with Kardinia International College, North Geelong Secondary College and St Joseph’s College, proudly present an evening of great jazz, food and wine.
Music by:
8 person jazz ensemble from Kardinia International College, Jazz quartet from St Joseph’s College, plus Kym Dillon – piano, Shannon Ebeling – saxophone, Brianna Ekberg – vocals, Tim Phillips – drums, Isaac Barter – bass and John Seal – vibraphone.
Supper will be served throughout the evening by students from North Geelong Secondary School a BYO licence will be in place.
The Rotary club of Geelong has planned a fundraising initiative for the mental health of youth.
All funds raised will support the mental health of youth, too many of whom are suffering mental anguish and too many of whom have dropped out of education, are suffering depression and in worst case suffering suicidal thoughts and action.
Proceeds from the evening to support- In the mood for mental health. All proceeds to be distributed to Headspace Geelong, The Power In You Project and Ocean Mind.
